Defence InWest 2027 brings together representatives from defence organisations, industry, government, academia and innovation environments to exchange knowledge, explore new opportunities and build valuable partnerships.
Your registration is more than just a conference booking. It is your first step towards making meaningful connections with people and organisations that matter to you.
To help you get the most out of your participation, we encourage you to create a detailed participant profile when registering. This will help you discover relevant contacts, explore collaboration opportunities and make the most of our networking and matchmaking activities.
Your Profile. Your Choice.
During registration, you can choose whether you want your participant profile to be visible to other registered participants in the Defence InWest event app.
Participation in the app’s networking features is entirely optional. Simply select the consent option if you wish to be visible and available for meetings. If you prefer not to be listed, leave this option unchecked.
By making your profile visible, you give other participants the opportunity to discover your expertise, connect with you and explore potential collaborations.
Organised Matchmaking – 5 February 2027
In addition to networking through the app, we will also host organised matchmaking sessions on 5 February, offering opportunities to connect with potential partners through pre-arranged meetings.

All participants register through the same registration form, where you select your category and any additional activities you wish to attend.
Conference participant
Join Defence InWest 2027 to gain new insights, exchange knowledge and connect with decision-makers, industry leaders, innovators and potential business partners.
As a conference participant, you will have access to the conference programme and opportunities to network with representatives from across the defence ecosystem.
When registering, you can also indicate your interest in organised matchmaking, Challenge Rooms and other networking activities.

We welcome journalists and media representatives interested in covering Defence InWest 2027 and the developments shaping the defence sector.
The conference brings together voices from defence, industry, academia and the public sector, offering opportunities to follow discussions, gain insights and connect with relevant representatives.
Please select the Press & Media category when registering and provide your media affiliation.
Exibitors
Defence InWest 2027 offers approximately 40 exhibition spaces, with three exhibitor packages – Bronze, Silver and Gold – providing different levels of visibility, exhibition space and conference participation.
To request an exhibition space, use the regular conference registration form and select your preferred exhibitor package.
Exhibition spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Your exhibition booking is only confirmed once you have received a separate confirmation from the conference administration.
Exhibitors will be featured on the Defence InWest website as their participation is confirmed.
