Explore the fascinating history of Saab and marvel at the museum’s stunning collection of legendary cars.
After this immersive experience, you will take a short stroll to Nova Arena, where the Gala Dinner awaits. This evening promises a harmonious blend of fine dining, great conversation, and engaging entertainment.

Discover Trollhättan’s vibrant restaurant scene as we invite you to choose your favourite dining experience – from fine dining and tapas to relaxed bistros and local favourites. All participating restaurants will be located in the city centre, within walking distance of the conference hotels.
At 19:00, enjoy a specially prepared two-course dinner at your chosen restaurant, share great conversations and make new connections in a relaxed atmosphere.
At 21:00, we reunite! Join fellow participants at one central venue for dessert, coffee, entertainment and even more networking. Expect a lively atmosphere, laughter, surprises and a memorable evening together!
When registering for Defence InWest 2027, simply indicate your interest in joining Dine Around Trollhättan. Once the participating restaurants and menus have been confirmed, you’ll be invited to select your preferred restaurant.
Places at each restaurant will be limited, with reservations allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Further details about the restaurants, menus and the evening’s programme will be announced closer to the conference.
