How to book your exhibition space
Secure your place at Defence InWest 2027!
Exhibition spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
To book your exhibition space, simply use the regular conference registration form and select your preferred exhibitor package – Bronze, Silver or Gold.
Please note: Submitting your registration does not guarantee an exhibition space. Your booking is only confirmed once you have received a separate confirmation from the conference administration.

Conference registration for one participant.
Exhibition space (2 × 2 metres) with a standing table and electricity.
Additional participants can register at standard conference fees.
Please note: The price excludes VAT. The Welcome Reception on 2 February and the Conference Banquet on 3 February are not included but can be booked separately at the standard rates. Exhibitors must bring their own extension cables.
